It was just a proper fit for a rapid stop in Chico with excellent value for money. The front desk service was awful and rude.

Affordable but Definitely Needs Work
Our one-night stay left us uneasy. The King Room had peeling flooring and a strong smell. Although cheap, it's not worth it unless you're desperate. For dinner, explore local hotspots to make the trip worthwhile—avoid the on-site options. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you stay.

Chico's dining scene is a hidden gem! I hit up the Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Taproom for some killer bites and local brews, and the homemade tofu at Bacio is to die for! Plus, I loved the spacious vibe of my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. Great room for families!

Great find for families!
This place is super affordable and perfect for family trips. The room was spacious and comfy. The TV had lots of channels to keep the kids entertained. Had a tasty breakfast at a nearby diner, but the place could use some updates. Still, you get a lot for what you pay!

Had a great time with friends exploring the nearby National Yo-Yo Museum and enjoying the outdoor vibes at the local park. Plenty of attractions around for a fun stay!
The place needs serious cleaning and upkeep. I noticed some questionable activity around, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 20cleanliness issues
Unfortunately, the facility suffered from significant cleanliness issues, with stains on the bedding and an unpleasant odor overwhelming the room. The heater made loud noises that disrupted sleep, and usability hiccups with the TV remote added to the frustration, as it required fiddling with the batteries just to get it working. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to relax, particularly due to loud neighbors who disrupted the peace throughout the night.

good location , but needs better maintenance
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable , making for a decent night's sleep. The check-in process was smooth , and the staff was welcoming. I also appreciated the easy parking situation , which made arrival hassle-free. Overall, the location was decent. It’s close to downtown , and there are a few things to do nearby.
Unfortunately, the overall condition of the facilities needs attention.

Poor cleanliness and service
I stayed for 2 nights in a room that was poorly maintained and had a foul smell. The sheets appeared dirty, and the towels looked like they hadn't been washed properly. Additionally, I experienced rude service from the front desk which made my stay very unpleasant. It's clear that management needs to prioritize their cleaning protocols and customer service.
